Workshop to overcome anxiety & depression among youngsters

A theater workshop was held in the United States for youth to overcome anxiety and depression.

In the weekend workshop, the participants were given writing exercises to share their feelings on paper.

The participants also made collages, did breathing exercises and wrote song lyrics about the problems they hoped to overcome.

The workshop helped the participants to gain confidence alongwith friends.

The idea was to offer a special safe place for the participants and make them feel free to talk about their mental health problems.
