App in Hong Kong helps visually impaired order food
An app has been launched in Hong Kong that allows the visually impaired to order food from select restaurants.
The app has been released by the Hong Kong Blind Union and is called Tap My Dish. The app can be used on smartphones and tablets.
The app has list of restaurants and their menus which it reads out aloud.
For people with low vision the app has various font sizes and colours.
The visually impaired will be able to order their meals without any help.
