Doctors often diagnose autism symptoms wrongly, says study

A study in Australia says the reason behind an increase in children with autism is because of incorrect diagnoses by doctors. Most doctors fail to diagnose autism in children with less severe behavioral disorders.

Data shows that autism rates have increased by 20 times in the last 30 years. The study shows that doctors do not take the signs seriously enough although it has been proved that even mild symptoms could indicate autism.
