Negative thoughts, anger may cause stress, says study
A study says that people having negative thoughts and bad temper alongwith irregular eating and sleeping habits may be suffering from stress.
41 percent of the participants in the study said their sleeping and eating habits changed when they were stressed. 39 percent of the participants had problem with their anger or irritation.
The study also says that 14 percent of the people living in India are in high-stress zone and need expert help. But many of them choose to listen to music and sleep to reduce stress than consulting a counselor.
