Bangalore college student starts campaign to empower people who stutter
Stammering is a common speech disorder that affects one in 100 people but it is poorly understood by the people.
Arianne, a college student from Bangalore has been suffering from stammering since the age of seven.
She has started an inspiring college project to educate the public about persons who stammer.
Her campaign – Be Patient is to highlight what people who stammer go through and empower them that they are not alone.
The aim is to convince people to be patient with a person who stammers and make them feel relaxed instead of forcing them to overcome the disorder.
