A study says that better access to exercise and good diet can help reduce the need to visit hospitals for the elderly.
There will be 1.42 million more households having someone aged 85 years or above by the year 2037.
As people age, there is loss of muscle mass which can lead to lower levels of wellbeing and overall health.
The study says that right diet along with regular exercise such as walking can help to live longer and lead a better life.
