Marks & Spencer to start cafes to destress customers
International clothes brand company Marks & Spencer is opening cafes to provide a stress-free space for people. The project aims to help shoppers relax and talk about what is bothering them.
The initiative is called Frazzled Cafe and will be hosted in restaurants that have closed for the day. The launch is being done in 11 stores and more locations will be added soon.
Trained volunteers will manage the sessions where people can talk about their feelings and thoughts. The company says that this is not therapy but an open space for sharing feelings.
