Play special video games to fight depression

Playing a specifically designed video game may help people cope with depression, say scientists in the United States. This is especially the case when they get text reminders to play.

By using six games of three-minutes each helped subjects feel they had some control over their depression. Each game was shown to improve reasoning control among people experiencing depression.

This shows that brain-training games have the potential to induce cognitive changes.
