Stress can lead to fertility issues

Experts say Indian couples are increasingly experiencing fertility issues. One in every seven couples in India say they have problems starting a family.

There is no medical reason for this and experts say that stress could be one of the reasons.

Women with high levels of stress are 29% less likely to get pregnant as compared to women with low stress levels.

It has also been found that men working in night shifts may have more fertility issues than men working in regular shifts. The natural clock of the body is disturbed by uneven working hours and affects health.
