Greetings from Prana Yoga Therapy Centre!

 

Improvisation of our accessible online yoga sessions continue in diverse formats for blind & low-vision individuals. The journey started in early 2021, and continues to improve physical & mental health of people nationally & internationally.

 

 

Basis request from many  , now our Online  Accessible Group Yoga for blind/low-vision people would be for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. The group has 6 to 8 individuals.

In last 3 years 150+ individuals with blindness/low-vision have learnt yoga for their health & fitness from our 15+ trained yoga therapists through online sessions. 10 Of them have also become Yoga teachers by clearing the L1, L3,  & L4 levels of examination of Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Govt of India.

 

The diverse fitness/health issues of our clients that we could address include backache, sleep disorders, gynecological disorders, stamina & flexibility, respiratory issues, chronic sneezing, self awareness, body alignment and posture issues.

 

Prana Yoga Therapy Centre (PYTC) is co-founded and lead by Dr. Priti Sharma and Dr. Ghanshyam Sharma, with a 30 year deep experience of learning  and teaching Yoga to a global audience and continuously diversifying. PYTC services include Yoga for Health and Healing, Yoga Teachers Training (TTC-YCB based), Therapy Yoga Workshops for Diabetes, PCOD, Ante-natal care, Backache, Hypertension, other life style disorders etc.
