Is Thalassaemia a disability? My brother has been diagnosed with Thalassaemia.

Yes, Thalassemia, Hemophilia and Sickle Cell Disease are blood disorders included under the RPWD Act, 2016. People with these blood disorders are considered as ‘persons with disabilities’ under the Act.
