BarrierBreak has launched the #SpotlightAccessibility campaign marking #GAAD2022 with the aim of highlighting accessibility features that can inspire people and organizations to adopt & implement accessibility. Submit Accessibility Features from May 16th to May 22nd and help spread positivity around accessibility.

There is a big discussion these days on digital accessibility and its importance, particularly when it comes to web and software development. But as our lives move more and more into the digital world, the importance of accessible design is becoming evident in other areas as well. Physical accessibility, for people with disabilities, is just as important as digital accessibility.

Whether it’s making sure your office has wheelchair ramps, or that all your online content is screen reader friendly, there are many things business owners can do to make their workplace and products more accessible. And it’s not just the right thing to do, it’s also good business.

When it comes to promoting accessibility, we can all learn from each other. By sharing best practices and lessons learned, we can help make the world a more inclusive place for everyone. And you can also promote accessibility by supporting the #SpotlightAccessibility campaign by BarrierBreak, marking the 11th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD) 2022.

The #SpotlightAccessibility Campaign would be open to people around the world from 16th May to 22nd May, 2022.
