How can blind people use ATMs?

As per the order of Reserve Bank of India-RBI, all ATM machines in India are expected to be accessible for people with disabilities. Most ATMs have a headphone jack where earphones can be connected to listen to the ATM transaction related instructions using a voice interface.
Some ATMs also have Number keys with Braille on them so that blind users can access them.
